I made this thread to voice out concerns about GalaNet's customer service. Some might have good experiences with customer service, while some might have bad situations with them before. So please vote Pass/Fail and if you like to, you can put reason(s) as to why you voted either one of them.
I think this poll should reflect some of the experiences the players have had with Customer service and to know what type of concerns the players were addressing to Customer service.
